By accessing or using SorceryJudges.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is a community-run directory and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Erik's Curiosa or Sorcery: Contested Realm.

2. Role of the Platform

SorceryJudges serves solely as an informational directory and bulletin board to connect certified judges with event organizers. I am not a party to any agreements made between organizers and judges. I do not guarantee employment, and I am not responsible for the payment of compensation, fulfillment of travel/lodging agreements, or the quality of judging provided at any event.

3. User Conduct and Content

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false information regarding your judge certification level or event details.
• Submit fraudulent, defamatory, or retaliatory reviews.
• Abuse the event or review report system with false claims or targeted harassment.
• Use the platform to distribute spam or commercial solicitations.

I reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these guidelines at my discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." I make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to canceled events or disputes between users.

5. Modifications

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
