1. Information I Collect

When you use SorceryJudges.com, the following types of information are collected:

• Authentication Data: I use Discord OAuth to authenticate accounts and gather your Discord Username, Avatar, judge level, and Discord ID.
• Profile Information: Any information you choose to add to your dashboard, including real names, biographies, geographic location data (for global proximity features), and organization details.
• Platform Activity: Event listings you create, applications you submit, reviews/ratings you give or receive, and user reports of any listings or reviews that breach this site's Terms of Service.

2. How I Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to operate and improve the SorceryJudges platform:

• To display your public Judge or Organizer profile to other users.
• To calculate distances between events and judges using global geographic coordinates.
• To send daily digest emails (if opted-in) regarding event updates, applications, and platform alerts.

3. Data Visibility and Sharing

Public Data: Your profile (Discord handle, real name if provided, location data, event history, and reviews) is visible to the public to facilitate event organization.

Third-Party Services: I will never sell your data. I share necessary data only with essential infrastructure providers: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Geoapify (location geocoding).

4. Contact & Data Deletion

You may update or remove your optional profile data at any time via your Dashboard. If you wish to have your account deleted from the SorceryJudges database, or if you have questions about this policy, please contact me at IsmarkTheLesser@SorceryJudges.com.
