Ismark The Lesser'sAugmented Avatars Mini Set

I had a thought about how to make less competitively played Avatars more competitively viable while also injecting a little spice into the build variety of more commonly played Avatars once a meta gets "solved" or stale in between sets. What if there were cards that could only be played by certain Avatars to grant them a buff to their existing ability or a whole new additional ability? And what if to make access to that card more reliable they had the special ability to be cast from the collection directly?

From there with the ideation and tuning help of @Duo, @Astronomonov, and @Porkchop Sandwiches, I got to work on exploring ability ideas and finding real art to portray them. I mostly tried to balance around the 3 mana 2 threshold mark with lesser represented Avatars getting stronger effects to help make them more viable but some cards break that mold. I just wanted to introduce the idea of a mid-year mini set to shake up the meta with balancing changes to Avatars via opt-in abilities like this.

I'd love to hear what you all think and what broken interactions probably exist to iron out. Also the thresholds on some of these may be too limiting but I tried to have a representative balance of each element with many 4-element cards being viable with the introduction of the bloom cycle.
